Louise, and the entire Lettings team, have been just brilliant throughout my tenancy - helping me move in, and sorting any issues I had (fortunately very few in the 3.5 years I was renting through them) exceptionally quickly. However, I cannot thank Louise, in particular, enough for all her help in moving out last week in difficult circumstances and at very short notice. I know it’s been exceptionally tough for her as well, but she responded to me quickly every time and helped me communicate with the landlady as efficiently as possible.
