I love Cheffins. The landlords they represent have the most amazing properties that are very simple to fall in live with. We haven't yet managed to land a place with Cheffins, mainly due to an issue with our guarantor's details not being sent by a third party despite much chasing. While my heart was broken by this, I can't fault Cheffins at all. I've been mainly speaking with Charlotte Mines, and she is fantastic. She's really been working hard for us. Whether or not her efforts are fruitless remains to be seen, but I've been so grateful for the help she's offered as well as the advice, her responsiveness, and her humanity.
