I've just vacated a rental property managed by Cheffins. The professionalism and dedicated service of Callum Vernon as Property Manager throughout my tenancy was exceptional. We had quite an experience when the living room ceiling caved in due to a water leak but, Callum and the team were immediate in their response and communicated with me very well as the remedial works were carried out. Callum was always prompt to respond to emails or phone calls in a polite manner and generally made life easy for me as a tenant. Thank you.

Callum Vernon and Laura Smith of the Lettings Team made sure we had a seamless move. Owners of the house we were letting were selling up. Callum and Laura couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring we found a new property without stress. Rhia went above & beyond to get us to the point of exchange. She has the most incredible patience &, due to no other agents being involved, managed to liaise efficiently and competently with all 3 clients in the chain, as well as helping answer solicitor enquiries & chasing brokers. David was very helpful in negotiating for our new house and as a result, secured the sale for us. I had the pleasure of viewing a flat this week with Sarah Facey. It was easily the most positive experience I've had with an agent in the UK. In my experience many agents try to sell whatever property you view so hard and without consideration to how your needs fit with the place that their advice and opinions lose all credibility. Selling and moving house can be a very stressful I have been told... Thanks to 1st class service from Cheffins Saffron Walden we never experienced this. We were weighing up which agent to go with locally, we had our home valued by Max who was by far the keenest to get our business from all agents seen and we felt his enthusiasm. This proved a great choice as within a few days of going up for sale we had nearly 30 viewings and a number of offers. It was very clear each person we dealt with played a key role in the sale, negotiation and then co ordinating.
