GoogleCheffins (Saffron Walden branch) have just handled the sale of my parents property. It’s been forty-five years since my Mum and Dad moved house and ALOT has changed! The staff were excellent from beginning to end, understanding, unwavering and uncompromising in the delivery of their services. Once the sale had been agreed, Sandra Gibbs in particular was very instrumental in keeping myself and my parents informed of the ‘behind the scenes’ progress. I would highly recommend using Cheffins, particularly if you relish a caring, professional and personal touch and feeling like you are the only person selling a house! They are very knowledgable about the current market and proactive and flexible arranging and facilitating viewings. While we encountered issues in our chain beyond anyones control it was reassuring to have the support of Bruce, Sandra and Max as well as Laura in their lettings department who helped us navigate the hurdles we faced. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Right from the start when Max came to value our home, we felt in safe hands, and that has continued right the way through. We have dealt with several of the team and they have always been professional and responsive, dealing with our enquiries promptly and efficiently. What really sets them apart for me though is that really know what they are talking about. They know the market so well and have given us so good advice all the way through. We quickly agreed a deal and Shannen oversaw the transaction through to completion, ensuring the process ran smoothly.
