My experience with Scarlett and George at the Rustington Branch was 1st class. Was informed every step of the way on selling my father's property. They gave honest and sound advice. Not being local myself, they were extremely knowledgeable of the area. I would definitely recommend their services.

Look no further! I fully recommend the Michael Jones Estate Agents and in particular Richard Heppenstall who works from the Rustington office. Richard managed the sale of an empty property in Rustington for us including acting as "local key holder" as we live in North West England. No issue was too difficult for Richard and his knowledge of local property prices and contractors was of great value to us.

Paul and his colleagues are ultra professional. The entire process has been exhausting due, I hasten to add, to a perfect storm of poor conveyancing solicitors involved in the sale of my property. Whilst I and my buyer couldn't get much or any information from our solicitors, Paul had huge success getting through to them. A long and stressful process was made more tolerable by Paul. Without him I doubt the eventual purchase off my Worthing flat would have happened.

We have just sold our house through Michael Jones with Dominic acting as our agent. We had excellent service, were kept up to date with progress, all questions answered promptly and the Dominic was regularly in touch with the buyer, particularly as his solicicitor was very slow and on one occasion unproffessional, which moved the sale along. Very happy overall and would throughly recommend Dominic and Michael Jones.

Really friendly company at Michael Jones in Rustington, especially Richard Heppenstall who dealt with the sale of our late mother’s retirement flat. It's been a bit of a bumpy ride, but Richard has been absolutely wonderful, always phoning us and updating us with any news. You could not wish for a better estate agent or agency to work with. We received excellent service in selling my sister's home in Worthing. Sadly she had to move into residential care so the property was vacant. Michael Jones arranged a large number of viewings and were able to give good advice as to which potential purchasers were worth pursuing. The legal sale process took some time and they were very effective at pursuing the exchange of contracts so that the sale cold be completed. Special thanks go to James Ryan who negotiated the sale and Jane Tomlinson who pursued progress to ensure the sale went through.

Ella Glazebrook handled our tenancy renewal. Everything was very smooth and efficient. I appreciate using Good Lord for electronic signing is very convenient, but I would rather not have multiple requests to sign up for various insurances and schemes throughout the process. It could definitely confuse people and it would be very easy to accidentally sign up for something.Other than that, happy with everything.

To whom it may concern.I am looking to relocate to live near my family and grandchildren who live in Shoreham.I enquired regarding Ham Road Shoreham and Darcy Hutchby arranged a viewing.She was extremely helpful,professional and made time to give me a detailed description of the property.On meeting her at the property she was punctual and gave me all the information I needed and even took time to assist me regarding my application.Unfortunately because of the parking situation I reluctantly did not go forward with an offer.I am meeting her again at another property on Tuesday 29th for a viewing.She was a pleasure to deal with and having employed many staff over the years I can say without reservation she is an asset to your companyKR Victor Pinney

During my tenancy there was a full month when I had to endure water pouring through my bedroom ceiling and the landing ceiling every time it rained. No reduction was offered on rent, in fact the rent was raised.Following the leaks, mould spread through the living room and bedroom of the property as a result, and the agents and landlady made it clear that they expected us as tenants to clean the mould. The kitchen had cockroaches and I was told by a team member at Michael Jones in Worthing: "in terms of the cockroaches it is a tenant’s responsibility to eradicate pests"

While our duties were limited to the landlady’s directives, we regret any frustration these circumstances may have caused during your tenancy.
