Renewed Tenancy Contract

I have recently renewed my tenancy contract as a landlord. I live abroad and Michael Jones manages my property for me. I mainly do everything by email but sometimes I need to talk to a real person and every time I need to sort anything out, it is always done quickly and diligently. I have dealt with a few different people from various departments and I have always been extremely satisfied with the handling of my property. Thank you to Sue and Jane for arranging my latest contract and to Kirsty for dealing with the property inspections. It is always much appreciated.

First Class Service From Goring Office

Excellent service throughout our purchase from start to finish with an especially large thank you to Paul Jackson. We were moving from a distance and Paul was professional, responsive, empathetic and delivered the service to us as buyers that we thought had disappeared and in marked contract with our selling agents. Calls and emails were always promptly answered and the whole process ran smoothly until the last few days before exchange when Paul stepped in and was very proactive in helping resolve a last minute problem. Michael Jones, and Paul in particular, are highly recommended and thanks also go to Louis in Goring and Daisy in the town centre office.
