We're actually still quite speechless with the outstanding service offered by Michael Jones. Huge shout out to James who was quite simply, exceptional! We were kept up to date by James throughout the whole process of buying, even relaying updates throughout the whole chain which we found extremely reassuring. We want to thank James, Karlie, Dominic and his team for making a potentially stressful time, practically seamless. We're hoping this is our forever home - if it isn't, we will be selling through Michael Jones. Thank you all so much!

I dealt with Emily Storey throughout the transaction up to the point of exchange and am now dealing with Emily for the post exchange, pre completion part of the transaction also. Emily has always been very professional, helpful and greatly assisted in moving things forward and liaising between ourselves and the Seller and legal representatives so that we were kept updated and informed throughout. She was always very friendly and available. On a couple of occasions when I called the office and Emily was out on an appointment, I spoke with her colleague, Richard, who was also very approachable and helpful.

Michael Jones in Goring were very helpful in the sale of my mother's flat after her passing. As I live overseas the logistics were not easy, but Darren, Louis and Tina did everything they could to make the process easier. The property sales process in the UK is a disaster in my opinion, mostly because of inefficient government agencies, Michael Jones did what they could to ease the process.

I would recommend Michael Jones

I would recommend Michael Jones if selling your house. They sold mine for me and suggested what I could do in order to make the house more saleable. This was key in selling the house so much quicker than other similar houses in the area, and for slightly more money! George kept me updated every step of the way and I did not have to chase them to find out what was happening at any stage.

I recently put my house on sale through Michael Jones Estate Agent in Lancing. The sale progressed very smoothly and only took three months to complete. Gary Evans was incredibly helpful from start to finish, often going the extra mile when I really did not expect it. As I do not live near to the property, there were a couple of occasions when he went to the unoccupied house to collect paperwork and keys which were needed by my solicitor. At my request, he recommended various workmen. This was a real asset as otherwise I would have had to just Google and hope for the best. I often sent emails out of hours without expecting a reply until office hours. Gary exceeded my expectations on many occasions by replying ASAP. He made the whole process as painless as possible by regularly keeping me up to date and answering my queries without delay. A true professional and an asset to his company. Thank you.

I have really enjoyed buying a house with Micheal Jones and Company. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been so helpful, and also given me the answers I needed. Louis Griffiths has been extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and efficient. Very disappointed with check out handling

Following my last day of tenancy, I was very disappointed with how my check out procedure was done.Rita Trohova was being very difficult and unaccomodating for my cleaner to go back to the property to re-clean some areas at a time suitable for the cleaner. Therefore, I lost some deposit which could have been avoided had Rita been more flexible. I then spoke to Catherine McCabe who was very nice and was more flexible. Moving is a very stressful time, Rita made it even more stressful for me. Very poor customer care from Rita.
