Ella Glazebrook was great during the house sale process and unfortunately first sale chain fell through, Ella and team were quick to re-market property and find new buyers with better price outcome. Lisa Holden in post sale was also very helpful in chasing updates at the key stages of sale transaction and kept updated throughout the transaction. I don’t have a lot of dealings with my letting agents, however recently I emailed Chelsea for some correspondence to be sent to me. I had no idea what I actually needed, thankfully I landed on my feet! Chelsea clearly knows her job well and sent me everything I needed in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. I don’t normally leave reviews on other people’s behalf but this situation is outrageous. My friend moved into a lovely flat, or so we thought, and the following issues occurred: no hot water for 3 months, no fridge shelves, shower completely broken, building materials left through the flat, and no working plug sockets in the kitchen. Not only did half of their flat not function, but they were promised a free months rent for all of these troubles. To this day, no free rent or discount or money has been given back. Embarassing quite frankly.
