I have really enjoyed buying a house…

I have really enjoyed buying a house with Micheal Jones and Company. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has been so helpful, and also given me the answers I needed. Louis Griffiths has been extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and efficient. Louis has constantly kept me updated with emails or phone calls and has understood when I haven’t been able to pick up the phone due to work commitments. Louis has explained every bit about buying a house and has guided me through each part of the process. I would highly recommend working with Louis and the team.

All the staff members in the Goring Branch whom I dealt with through the selling process were courteous, helpful, professional and friendly in their response. Paul Jackson was my main point of contact throughout and I was very grateful for his capacity to listen, respond to my questions, act on them and to give useful advice. I was acting as Power of Attorney in the sale of a property, where someone else's well-being was crucial, and they showed every understanding of the situation.

I had a change in tenants and had a few issues that needed sorting out, from the previous tenants moving out and the new tenant moving in. As I live abroad, I have a fully managed service. I am pleased to say that everything was coordinated between the relevant departments and communicated with me via email or phone calls. We would like to place on record our appreciation for Kirsty Smith, Property Inspections & Administration Manager at Michael Jones & Company, who has been our principal point of contact since first renting out our property and has just concluded another renewal for us. Nothing is too much trouble for Kirsty, she is very attentive, not only to our requirements, but also to our tenants’ needs. She always responds promptly to any queries from either side and more importantly gets issues resolved with speed and efficiency. Very disappointed with check out handling

Following my last day of tenancy, I was very disappointed with how my check out procedure was done.Rita Trohova was being very difficult and unaccomodating for my cleaner to go back to the property to re-clean some areas at a time suitable for the cleaner. Therefore, I lost some deposit which could have been avoided had Rita been more flexible. I then spoke to Catherine McCabe who was very nice and was more flexible. Moving is a very stressful time, Rita made it even more stressful for me. Very poor customer care from Rita.

Joe Hammond couldn’t of done more for us…

Joe Hammond has been assisting us with our house purchase of 18 The Martlets. For what has been a painfully long journey for us all, Joe has been nothing short of incredible. He kept us updated constantly, was always on hand to answer our many questions and phone calls over the whole time period. He made us feel like we was his 1st priority. On what hasn’t been the most straight forward time, Joe remained positive and proactive throughout the whole process. I Highly Recommend Michael Jones Worthing Branch

I highly recommend Michael Jones for their professionalism throughout the buying and selling process. Jane Tomlinson, Sales Progressor went above and beyond her remit on the sale of my Mother's property. She was constantly on the phone passing information on to the buyer to speed up the process. Basically, Jane did the job which the solicitors should have done! It was unfortunate that the solicitors took almost 7 months to complete even though it was an empty flat my Mother bought and her buyer was a first time buyer!
