We have just had our tenancy renewed by Isabella Whitham from Michael Jones & Company. Isabella helped us through the process, explained everything we needed to know regarding our position and that of our tenants as well as some details we were unsure of. All in all a stress free process perfectly handled.

Repeatedly reminding them of the terms of the lease while trying to resolve issues that should have been fixed prior to move in, and when I see that I have an email from them, instead of being anything to do with resolving this it's a request to rate them here.
