I have always been happy renting out my property with Michael Jones. When I wanted my property back to move into became a bit of a nightmare with my tenants refusing to move out for 4 months, Hayley in particular was very helpful, she fought my corner and gave me sound advice when she could, to be honest, without her I would have gone mad! I would recommend this company as they are very knowledgable, trustworthy and honest.

Landlord said M Jones aware garage leaked - I was not told that. I would not have taken flat if when it rained the rain simply dripped through roof of garage.The flat should have been cheaper or certainly that made known to potential tenants

We can confirm that we were not aware of this issue prior to your tenancy.Rest assured, the necessary repairs are being arranged promptly by the managing agents of the block. From my initial call for a valuation to exchanging contracts Michael Jones have met and exceeded my expectations. Things moved quickly at the start but we ran into a few setbacks (due to an executive sale) but James Adams at the Lancing branch has been extremely understanding, professional and supported me at a difficult time in the sale.
