Between us viewing the property, right up to when we picked the keys up Brad and Lisa did a very good job looking after us. The referencing was prompt and we were kept informed of the process from start to finish.If we receive the same level of care throughout our tenancy period we'll be extremely happy renters.

In this difficult economic climate letting renewals can't be easy. As a landlord mine was difficult as I needed to obtain a rise in rent to reflect the current inflation level because of my increase in outgoings and to also negotiate new terms of lease with my tenant. Lettings Coordinator, Ella worked hard, skillfully and professionally and suggested ways in which both landlord and tenant ended up smiling at the end of the day. Well done Ella, you wrapped up the deal in around 48 hours!.....that was good going!

11years ago I purchased my house through Michael Jones and company, it was a great service and i loved my house. However circumstances forced me to downsize so went back with them to sell it. They provided an excellent service and while my house sold quickly getting to exchange was painful. But Mark, the sales progresser was superb he kept me updated and chased the chain daily. I was always calling but he never showed any sign even if he was thinking 'oh no not her again'. Few days now and I will be in my new home. I would highly recommend their service and should I ever, hope not, have to move again would definitely go back to them.

As a fairly recently retired estate agent after 30 years I knew what I was looking for in an estate agent and obtained 3 valuations. I knew of Michael Jones Lancing office reputation and happily employed Joe Hammond who was the least experienced of the three estate agents but made up for that with enthusiasm and a professional manner that exceeded my expectations!..... he achieved in excess of the valuations but it was more his commitment and communication that was superb throughout the transaction. If I were still in business I would be offering him a job!!
