GoogleEdited review! Originally I did post a positive review but after living at the property for nearly a year I have revised it. I feel as though the company favours the seller more than the buyer as they receive a large amount of percentage from them. A lot of information was withheld from us and the quality of the house was not that great quality. Natasha was a great assist when we visited to view a property. I believe she no longer works here. Friendly and was able to answer our questions in regards to the property and was able to swiftly help us arrange a second viewing. Keep up the good work 👏

I am happy to share my experience last year when I rented the property I am currently living in. Everything was possible under the proper guidance of the property manager Nancy Suri Marla, who maintained efficient communication between Prospect agency, landlord and us.

TrustpilotProfessional helpful and went out of way
Got to say from first meeting Michael who came to help us sell the house , both himself and Anna have been so helpful , we didn’t know where to start with the whole process after the sad loss of our father , not only did they help sell the house but also to get a solicitor to aid with the difficult process of probate , thank you to you both a true credit to your profession Simon

Skyla was great when booking in house viewings she ensured all of the houses I wanted to view were grouped together in the same area and around the same time which made it a lot better for me to travel into. Instead of going back and forth to Camberley. Thanks Skyla!

GoogleWe placed my late in-laws house with Prospect in April this year and within days we had several offers on the table. The team at Prospect guided us with the best offer and we have just completed the sale. It was an extremely stress free sale and we can’t thank the team -Shaun, Sonam and Charlie enough for their help and timely communications. We would highly recommend them for anyone wishing to sell. 5 Stars 🌟 Thank you Prospect!
