I have deleted my past 5 star review

I have deleted my past 5 star review, to give a 1 star review. I am livid - never again !!!I have removed my 2 flats from their Prospect. Whether it was a draw in cabinet, or repairs to windows they simply could not cope. What angered my, if that the In***n tenants they sent me, did not respect my furniture causing damages. The situation is made worst by the tenant refusing to pay the expense of the damage. Prospect of course took the side of the tenant, and had no empathy for my pocket.If you want your flat ruined, they will do this, but will expect you to repair everything at your expense.

Michael was very knowledgeable and prompt. Any areas that required a specialist he was able to put me in touch with someone within 24 hours generally. I haven’t bought property for a couple of decades so he was able to introduce a legal, finance and lettings team all of whom were reliable.

Charlotte Morgan presented a house to us for rent which we are very pleased to have made an offer on which was accepted. We are moving back from overseas and changing jobs so the automated reference system was a challenge. Charlotte helped us all the way and was always available for calls and questions. We were actually away on holiday and getting it sorted out allowed us to relax, without her we may have given up! Brilliant!!
