Saffron has been very professional and helpful. She has always replied on time and very quickly to my emails and phone calls and kept me informed of what was happening at all time. Saffron took the time to understand my position and explain the procedures. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome it was nothing that she could control.

Beth is very personable, responds quickly and helpfully to queries and her knowledge allowed us to move the sale forward when it needed that extra push. Beckie and the team provided excellent service during my landlord's contract. It really made things easy for me as a buy to let owner with a busy full time job. Impressed with Beckie's attention to detail, communication and resolving any issues efficiently. Yes I would absolutely work with Beckie and the Prospects team again for any of my future property investments.

Charlotte from Prospect was brilliant. She was very quick to respond to any queries and questions and found the perfect place for me to rent. However, dealing with "goodlord" was a pretty horrendous experience. They are far more interested in trying to sell you insurance, utilities and broadband than anthing else. If being forced to use "Goodlord" be prepared to receive an onslaught of cold-calls, texts and emails, all claiming to be either "on behalf of" or "in connection with" Goodlord.
