As new landlords, she has been very good at keeping us up to date with all surveys and requests and has been very good at finding solutions every time we needed it. GoogleI had planned to buy a flat from this agents , from the very beginning this purchase was difficult. Firstly we had the 4 week delay in getting the id verification through and had to pay £82 (none of the other agents charge that !) From then on it seemed I was chasing the office all the time with nobody coming back to me. The amount of phone calls I made and emails , to the manager Jordon and natasha , most of which went unanswered, which I found highly unprofessional and unworkable. Prospect gave such a poor service in my opinion leaving me with no option other than to pull out of the purchase. I would not recommend these to anyone thinking of buying , renting or leasing , find your self a reliable agent .

GoogleNot all the state agents are the same. They all talk the right talk and have overblown IT systems. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what their brand is, there marketing profile or any of that guff. It's about relationship - at which point it becomes about the team members and not the name above the door. Prospect are not the only team in Aldershot that do relationship well, but they were willing to do it for the best price also. For me, the perfect combo. Advice to anyone looking at reviews and considering an estate agent, go and visit the branches, speak to the team, listen to the conversations and see how relatable the people are. If their first reaction is to start recording your details and putting them into a screen, walk away. And remember that it is a highly competitive market. The first offer is not the final one! At this branch speak to Natasha, Dexter or Jordan for an experience of estate agency that is more than you might expect.

I’ve been very impressed with Prospect since we’ve started the letting. Beckie Baxter has been responsive and provides clear answers to questions that I have. She has followed up on areas for me and also acts as a diplomatic liaison between be and the tenant. I hope we can continue this working relationship as it gives me confidence that Prospect are handling the letting well.
