Thanks to Beth for making it happen in the end, as a purchaser the conveyance took longer that anticipated due to 3rd party delays. Not an easy job dealing with multiple parties but she got us there, I was literally sitting in the office and ran out with the keys at 4.40pm on moving day! Big thanks to Beth and team!

Every time there has been a maintenance requirement, an urgent repair or administrative tasks to attend, Julie has been super efficient, helpful and quick to help. She has made our whole experience of renting through Prospect 5 star.

My sale was particularly hard for me as my wife passed away, but having a company you can trust and help you through every step made difficult times less stressful. 5 stars are well deserved.
