Charlotte was brilliant and very helpful. She was friendly and informative we fell in love with the property instantly. Unfortunately we couldn’t secure it due to our circumstances, but it was honestly amazing. We will definitely contact Charlotte again in the near future and go back to the agency for more rental flats.

We have received great service from Beckie and the team at Prospects. After our existing tenants had to relocate for work we were so pleased with the prompt and efficient way in which they processed the exiting clients and at the same time found a new tenant thus avoiding any void in rental income . When it comes to filling out forms especially uploading Items Find it almost impossible The only reason I was able to move is because of the help and Extreme patience from Charlotte Morgan. I had to make So many calls to her with questions and problems that she then talked me through Most people wouldn't have kept answering the phone 🙄 Thanks again Charlotte for everything 🙏

I've been with prospect for a few years now, on the letting side mainly & have never had a problem.The whole team are helpful, friendly & very professional in all aspects of sales & lets. You can't go wrong with these people, then comes along Ashleigh Ackermann, the property manager, an amazingly cool young lady that likes to get the job done, from day 1 always felt comfortable with her. Amazing. Thanks to the whole team.

GoogleDon’t usually go out of my way to login and write reviews regardless of the experience, but the experience I had here with Dexter was exceptional. I came into the viewings with a considerable amount of stress and had very specific requirements for the property I wanted to view, Dexter went out of his way to ensure I was looking at properties that suited my annoyingly specific criteria, as well as this he was especially accommodating and laid back, gave me the time of day without rushing and this helped me relax and have a clear mind throughout the process. I’m really used to having sub par experiences with estate agencies so I had to give a shout out to Dex.
