I received a call from an agent

I received a call from an agent Matteo Guarinoto asking for a view on the next day within 24 hours. I said I am engaged. He questioned me why. Also, he said he can come into house alone with a key under the agreement. I said this interferes my human right without my permission. I proposed a date next week and he said it 's too late. This 's really unprofessional. Overall, we need to be careful as a tenant to use Prospect. They always work in favor of landlords but they don't understand Tenant is the one who pays to the landlords. I never see such an unprofessional staff of agency company. I would not recommend anyone who use Prospect as a letting agent.

Beth at Prospect has been excellent, from start to finish, super professional, knowledgeable of the market. Since the sale, she has been extremely proactive, balancing the needs of her seller and the buyer. I felt completely confident that Beth would ensure this sale, albeit challenging at times, did not fall through, she found solutions and kept both the seller and buyer fully informed at every turn, as well as the solicitors. A good agency for your house sale

I have used Prospect a few times for house sales. For the most recent one the process was straightforward, and they supported well, finding a new buyer very quickly after one pulled out. However I think the most credit goes to the agency they use for sales progression, as my contact at Complete ASAP was fantastic. The only downside I found of using Prospect this time was that I dealt with 3 different people during 4 months of the sale, whereas previously I have had one continuous point of contact. I also found some frustration with lack of communication between office and viewings staff so information wasn't shared as smoothly as it could have been. Overall however I would likely use Prospect again as the experience was largely positive.

Rented only once thru an agency and they've been awful, we offered more money and asked to make sure mould has been treated and that it was cleaned properly and noone has been done, Kelly Evans have been extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the whole renting so we had to contact the landlord for help, so we moved out earlier as couldn't stand the stress for the money we were paying, never again will I rent with an agent.
