In one word, PERFECTION. I feel I need to expand on this as Gibson Honey did a sterling job in handling our sale. We had a bitter experience with another agent and were very wary of signing on to a new agent. From the word go, when I spoke to Natalie, I knew I had found the right agency. The level of detail she imparted in just a 30 minute meeting was amazing. She looked at the property constructively and focused on all the selling points. Then came Robyn and Tommy, amazing job done when they came to do the photos and do a write up on the property. I was so overwhelmed with the attention to detail when we received our draft brochure. The next stage was marketing of the property which was done on a wide range of platforms leading to 9 viewings arranged within 24 hrs and 3 offers after just one day's viewings. The level of feedback from viewings and constant communication was outstanding. Also handy was the online portal where we could monitor the progress of marketing and offers. I have never met such a sincerely engaged estate agent as Kevin and his team at Gibson Honey truly do offer a personalised service. Kevin predicted and achieved £120k MORE than all the other major estate agents predicted, this should read as a significant warning to you if you're taking your valuation for granted!!! Kevin comes recommended because he's genuinely passionate about his profession and did the appropriate research. I cannot rate Gibson Honey high enough a five star rating does not do them justice. We bought a house from Gibson Honey and from start to finish their service has
been exceptional, going the extra mile for everything. For us it was a long process as we where in a chain but Kevin was in constant contact with us with weekly updates and then towards the end he phoned us daily! When Kevin wasn’t in, his team especially Natalie, Robyn, Beth, Lydia and Tommy where completely aware of everything, knew who we where and the status of our sale. The communication was faultless. Myself and my husband cannot rate Gibson Honey more highly. If you are looking to buy or sell soon, then this estate agency is the one to do that for you. The service and professionalism provided by all members of staff is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly voice across the telephone, even when things got stressful!
We, unfortunately, lost a buyer after lockdown but Gibson Honey re-sold the property the next day and we are now happily in our new home and that is thanks to the amazing support provided by Kevin and his team. GH are a small, customer-focused agency who provide a lot of great advice and much-appreciated support to their clients throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns were always dealt with in a warm, friendly but professional manner, and due to Kevin’s years of experience running his own agency, he had all the time in the world for us whenever we needed him.

I hadn't moved house for forty years, and had never sold a house in my own right, so I approached the whole process with trepidation. Gibson Honey now have a prominent High Street presence in Ruislip, but I decided to go with them when they were hidden away down a side street, but offered a personal service that appealed to me, Kevin Gibson struck me as honest from the start, making it clear that he wasn't certain of the market soon after Brexit, but furnishing detailed statistics nevertheless. I lost a buyer at 4pm on Christmas Eve, and lost a purchase a month later, so the process wasn't much fun at times, but throughout the process Kevin was upbeat and supportive, tolerating my waverings, and gently telling me the hard truths I needed to know. I would have no hesitation in using Gibson Honey again, and I hope that their new office will soon be full of people who have read these five-star reviews (and I never give five stars lightly!) and knowing they're in good hands.

We moved into one of Gibson Honey's Ruislip flats by the end of November 2016.
We can say that we are truly happy with their services (and we know to value them because we've had very bad experiences with other agents and therefore are happy to have someone much more reliable now).
From the very start the service was great. We found an interesting flat online, had a phone conversation with a very helpful staff member, were given the opportunity to view the flat the same day and received all the necessary information about the referencing process.
Later on we promptly received the tenancy agreement, all kinds of information on rental in England, appliance certificates and more. The team are polite, helpful and are always available when we need assistance or have questions. When maintenance work was due or appliances had to be repaired/replaced, this was always done quickly and to our full satisfaction.
We'd like to thank the whole team and especially Bethan Rich for their help and support.

House moving is a very stressful time but if you have a good estate agent it can make such a difference to it being a smooth process or an absolute nightmare. My partner and I bought and sold the same property through Gibson Honey and both times our experience was more than satisfactory.
Kevin is a great guy and fully understanding of seller nerves.
We made the bold move to try and sell our flat the same year we were due to be married, yet Kevin was not pushing us to do so. If anything he encouraged us to think about it more (unlike some other agents). For me this spoke volumes about the honesty and integrity that all the guys at Gibson Honey carry themselves with.

I'm so pleased he did- I found them to be very professional and reliable.They took the stress out of the moving process for us and it all ran really smoothly. The flat was sold quickly (in under three weeks) and my husband and I were impressed at their level of expertise. .
Kevin and the rest of the team take time to build up a relationship with their clients and are always available to speak to with queries. In the past, I have found some estate agents hard to work with, but Gibson Honey don't fit that stereotype at all!.

Over the years, we have dealt with many estate agents. Gibson Honey are cut from a unique cloth. They are there to provide a personal touch rather than just add a property to rightmove and wait for the calls. When they found out current home for us, Kevin walked in, knew it matched our requirements and phoned us immediately. The rest is history. We have a rental which Laura has been working with us on. No question is too small and she is always there to lend an ear / dish some advice. Fantastic experience when I sold my house. Kevin and his team take the stigma that estate agents come with and make you realise that you shouldn't stereotype. He is highly personable and professional. You can tell he works tirelessly on small details to make the upheaval the seller goes through painless. Everything that happens is confirmed in writing and his advice allowed us to sell above asking price within 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company and you've got to ask why you would go else where especially when his pricing is the best I found. To sell now it's about the Internet and his company is on all the websites so why pay more to a showroom estate agent?
