I have used the services provided by Gibson Honey for some years now. As a landlord I contacted Gibson Honey to source some some tenants for my property, as they came highly recommended in the area. Since the beginning of 2020 Gibson Honey provided 2 perfect tenants to rent the property, and Gibson Honey have been nothing short of perfection communicating between us, and acting as a management agent in our absence. As anybody else, I was anxious with my new move to London but I must say, Gibson Honey really made the process of moving very easy and relieving. The day the government announced that viewings will be open. one of the agents from Gibson Honey took us to the flat we had selected online. They were there before us so we didn't have to wait and everything was handled very professionally and with utmost precaution and hygiene due to covid-19. The post-selecting the flat process was also very thorough and secure. They have been very responsive and happily attended to a request to be able to visit the flat once again for buying the furniture. Would highly recommend them!

I instructed Gibson Honey on a sale.and was very impressed with the service i received.
I found them to be proactive and responsive to our enquiries and very easy to deal with. The property had been rented and ineptly (to put it mildly) managed by another agent in Ruislip. Gibson Honey went beyond what i expected and provided a quasi management, e.g arranging for some cosmetic plaster repairs, decorating, heating system to be checked etc. all without charge, Andy generally made our lives easier.
Based on my experience i have no hesitation in recommending them.

Bethan, in particular, has been great - answering every question promptly & putting our minds at rest. The references process is a bit intense - done through a third-party - so be sure to forewarn your referees (employer & previous landlord/managing agent), as they’ll receive a very detailed survey to complete. Everyone at GH was great & went over & above to accommodate us - e.g. getting us into the property to take measurements, etc. before our move-in date. I procured the services of Gibson Honey for their Letting Management Services. I was really pleased with the service they provided with everything from the initial set up of the letting agreement through to the monthly management of rent collection and any other issues that required attention during the tenancy.
I had a dedicated agent which handled most of the activity, however all members of staff were on hand to lend support when required. Overall service was friendly and honest with great advice available whenever required. GH were recommended to me by a friend. I was hesitant because I wanted to go with one of the more 'major' agents in Ruislip.
I met with 3 different agents and GH were head and shoulders above the rest.
They were responsive but not overly pushy when we were negotiating and when it came to finding tenants I really felt that they were working to find me the best clients, not just get the house rented to anyone.
