GoogleBunch of amateurs,very slow response to emergencies such a burst pipe in my flat ,or broken lock in front doors which take 1 month(!) to repair. Yes ,one month Avoid!

GoogleOverall experience just about satisfactory. At times I did feel that there wasn't enough support and I would have expected better given that I was the buyer. This is not my first property purchase, so my expectations are not over the top. I just feel it could've been a lot better on some aspects.

GoogleRuislip office has appaling customer service. Never return calls or emails. Told blatant lies by sales staff. Manager refused to speak to me when I asked to complain so I commented on the unprofessional attitude on their Twitter account only to be blocked ! Avoid !!

GoogleCharlotte managed our transaction and was fantastic throughout. Always available on the phone, managing expectations whilst also pushing really hard to deliver against timelines. During stressful situations it was great that Charlotte shared her previous experience and understanding of the conversation which helped manage nerves.
