On several occasions we have had to ask for advice regarding our property. I can only say that the professionalism and courtesy that has been afforded us is more than I would have expected. The manager, Sam, has been frank and helpful in his assessment of what we might do to improve the sale-ability of our fairly unusual property. It has been a pleasure dealing with him and his staff. I can write an essay on how positive my experience has been with Gibbs Gillespie. But, lets keep it nice and simple. I've been looking for a 1 bed apartment for months on end and, EBRAHIM AL-MUFTI has been absolutely incredible. He's made this whole experience one to remember (in a very positive way). Constantly available, super patient and was SO helpful. It was almost like he was looking for the place himself. And, it was exactly that. The fact that he could relate and have empathy towards the stress and pressure that comes with the process. Gibbs Gillespie are an award winning estate and lettings agency, the team are fab, the service is second to none and, it was great to be involved with such a supportive and professional team during this milestone of my life. 33 YEARS SINCE OUR LAST MOVE - THANKS GIBBS GILLESPIE FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! After 33 years in the same home, moving house was a daunting prospect. However, from the outset it was clear that we were in very capable hands, with all at GG working together as a team. This meant that everyone was always up to date on progress and current status. Throughout, and without exception, everyone was friendly, helpful and totally customer focused. With so much experience of the local market, sound advice and guidance was provided during the initial marketing stage, and juggling the many viewings over a short space of time was handled very successfully. Also having formed an excellent working relationship with local solicitors, GG was able to provide initial recommendations and to help coordinate and smooth the flow of the whole legal process e.g. thanks to the goodwill of all involved, exchange of contracts actually took place “after hours” and in the run-up to Xmas when it would have been easier to have just put things on hold until the new year. While undoubtedly a team effort, Sales Director Sam Robbins merits particular acknowledgement. His perseverance, resourcefulness, good humour, determination to get the job done, ability to calm and diffuse even the most stressful situations, and total commitment to absolute customer satisfaction is both exceptional and exemplary.
