GoogleI would strongly recommend this agent to anyone selling, based on my experience as a buyer. I was very tentative about looking at the house I bought, but Hayden encouraged me to view anyway and got me an appointment within half an hour. Glenda was also very helpful in the 'sales progression' role - solicitors can be a bit slow, so support in keeping things moving is quite important.

GoogleWe had a viewing on a property on Victoria Road and when Hayden called us for feedback, we told him that it is on the main road and was noisy. Some properties are good isolated some are not and on pictures it was not obvious that the property would absorb much noise. Hayden told us to make a better check first before viewing properties. Yes I can do that, but does it mean I cannot see any property or get an impression of properties being on main road? People can change their mind, but the response felt we only can view properties, if we most likely buy it. Was upsetting to hear that cold response, and hopefully we can find good properties with other vendors, who understands and accept buyers' honest feedback.

GoogleOur associate move manager, Leanne Worrall, has been great, extremely prompt with her replies for our queries and professional. The service that we've received from LR has been to a high standard. The only reason we have given 4 stars is because once the completion was finalised and we went to our new home for the first time the floor wasn't clean. Not sure if it was from the individuals who were viewing the property after us or someone else but it just would've been nice for LR to make sure that the floor was clean.

GoogleAgents review Lawrence Rand helped me find and buy a house in Harrow recently. They were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. But they also went above and beyond in helping with me deal with a few challenging situations that arose. One in particular was right at the end of the process, and it came as a surprise to all parties involved. Alec helped me resolve this under a lot of pressure, which I’m grateful for. Another highlight was finding a reasonably priced company to translate some legal documents for me from German to English for me. I didn’t anticipate this being such a headache so finding a company for me was a nice touch. Although this was my first house purchase and I’ve nothing to compare it to, it did seem like quite an involved process so thanks Lawrence Rand for the help!

Always replied to all your questions and concers in a promptly, this is specially important when you are a first time buyer and not sure of the process. Jamie also helped us liaise with the sellers and their lawyers to make sure the contract exchange date was not delayed. Highly recomend Lawrence Rand Estate Agents, specially if you get an sales manager like Jamie Davis to handle the transaction once you have put an offer.

I cannot write highly enough of Lawrence Rand, who recently managed the sale of our home in Eastcote. From the very start they gave us excellent advice on what asking price to set, they marketed our house actively even during Lockdown, on the day that viewings recommenced they lined up 4 viewings and we had an offer in 2 days; they regularly kept us up to date during the following weeks, doing all the heavy lifting as regards contacting our buyers and our sellers' agent to ensure everything kept moving and especially over the last critical period leading to exchange. All the staff were fantastic but the agent assigned to us - Graham - deserves special mention. A totally committed and reliable guy.

GoogleAn estate agent named Jamie "showed us around" a property today. Honestly the worst experience, Jamie did not know a single answer to any of our basic questions, didn't take the time to actually show us around and made rude comments. For a market that is already hostile, there is no point going for a property listed by Lawrence Rand where they make the experience even harder.

Myself and my partner were trying to get ourselves booked into view a few properties with this agency, we called on the basis that someone would give us a ring back, day 1- no call so we chased with again a promise for a call back, day 2- no call, again we chased, day 3- can you guess the outcome? again no call, day 4- we chased again and surprise surprise no response, come day 5 now I called to make a complaint with a very undelightful sales agent on the end of the phone that didn't seem bothered at all with the feedback given. Not very welcoming from a letting agency at all, so we decided to take opur interest elsewhere.
