GoogleI would totally recommend the team (Tom and Paul) at Lawrence Rand 100%. Within signing them up as my dual agent, (having spent a horrible time with another agent), I explained the issues I previously had with the other estate agent, and Lawrence Rand listened and provided an immediate solution for me. Within the first week, I had received more viewings than previously had in 20 weeks and several offers. Tom, Paul and the rest of the team have been absolutely brilliant, A friendly team, great communicators and they got the job done within weeks of signing up with them. GoogleI can't recommend Lawrence Rand enough they are a pillar of the community and have supported Coteford Infant School in all aspects of fund raising. Their virtual tour of the school, organised by Laura Butler, has given new parents an insight into the environment the children will learning in at a time when parent's are unable to come into the school. Lawrence Rand really are the estate agent of the community.

GoogleBought a house marketed by them. A bit hit and miss where the service overall was decent but there were a few occasions where the information given to me didn't appear to tie in with what was being discussed between solicitors. On one occasion, all parties appeared to have agreed on a completion date as communicated by the agent but this was later delayed by two weeks. Lawrence Rand did a good job post to recover this to a delay of 1 week but the overall communication needs to be better.

GoogleVery pleased with the service provided by LR from start to finish. Very impressed with Alec who did all of our initial viewings and negotiating but whoever you manage to speak to, in whichever office, will be helpful, friendly and efficient. Once the sale is progressing, the dedicated Sales Progressors will chase and update when necessary to ensure the deal gets done. Would very much consider using LR when it comes to selling/purchasing property in the area. Itβs easy to see how they have so many boards up in the area, especially when compared to experiences we had with other local agents.
