My husband and I were moving after 25 years and decided that both the estate agent and solicitor should come recommended. We found out about Lawrence Rand from our friend who had used them previously and they also suggested that we should use Jamie the senior agent in the office. From the very start to the final handing over of keys, we had nothing but excellent service. Although Jamie did everything in his power to make our move run smoothly, it is only fair to say, that many others in the office who dealt with us, were always kind and courteous and added to the smooth running of our house sale. Jamie met with us from the start, did not rush us at any point, promised he would always communicate with us and came across as honest and trustworthy. He clearly knew what he was talking about and never attempted to fob us off, we always knew where we stood. We sold our beautiful home quickly, purchased our new home relatively quickly and were even able to have a 2-week holiday in France just prior to the move. I cannot recommend this company high enough!!!!! Steven & Jane

Good service. Ollie came to value and did a realistic valuation (beware agents that promise to get you a ridiculous price). Paul found us 3 buyers (first one pulled out, second collapsed due to guzendering in the chain) but Paul was straight back on it - arranging viewings on each occasion. Glenda pushed through the exchange and kept in constant contact. Good service overall. Plus they are next to an outstanding patisserie. I hope to not move for AT LEAST ten years but when I do move will use them again.

First Oliver handled all the marketing very professionally and swiftly so that we had a buyer within days of the house being put on the market. Glenda then handled all the post sale activity till completion. Even with some unforseen circumstances, Glenda was very hands on and kept all parties informed. I have recently completed buying a House in Northolt, West London through Lawrence Rand. Of course I have tried to work with other Estate Agents in the past, but I must say with Lawrence Rand, I managed to find the right Home at an excellent Price. From my Experience, what differentiates Lawrence Rand from others is that they have a High Standard and Professionalism. I understand their Aim is to Sell Properties not at the Highest Price, but at a Price where their Clients and they themselves are Satisfied. What I was really pleased with, was the brilliant Service they provide, when getting through the difficult situations, to finalise the transactions smoothly. I dont want to give any stars to this LR estate agent. As a tenant, they do not respect us at all. The manager is rude, impolite, and offers no flexibility for tenants, and ALWAYS stand on the landlord's side. Avoid this estate agent if you can if you are trying to rent a place.

Lawrence Rand estate agents have been fantastic. I would recommend anybody selling their property to go to them. The whole team were brilliant especially Glenda. Glenda sorted out all the problems I was up against regarding Court Orders with ex. If it wasn't for Glenda I don't know if I could have kept going. It was not a straight forward sale but Glenda was not phased by any of it. Even on her day off she made sure that the sale of my home went through without any hitches. Glenda wasn't obligated to do that but she did, as she is dedicated to her clients. Whenever I rang the office all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
