Kelly went above and beyond to support me and my partner in getting a property on the Lace Fields development. She tailored everything to our needs and was in regular communication. Can’t praise this builder enough

Can’t praise this builder enough, if I could give more than 5* I would. From stepping into their sales office to moving in all the staff & personnel have been amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they have all gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy in our new home. We absolutely love our house, the quality is second to none. We paid for a professional snagger to inspect our property after moving in as we had been told it was a good idea but frankly he didnt really find anything. His words on leaving were I am very pleased for you both the property is superb!I would definately recommend this builder, my husband & I have bought new properties in the past from other builders but this house is the best. Special thanks to Fay in the sales office for her friendly professionalism, Simon the site manager, Duncan assistant site manager & Wayne who have done all they can to make this house move seamless & have given us our perfect forever home.

Princes Place

I would highly recommend William Davis if you are considering a new build. I’d had a long journey, constantly getting outbid on the housing market. I decided to go for a new build, from that moment on the stress was lifted. I chose a house, the location, provided with an estimated completion date, chose kitchens, tiles and soft furnishings of my choice, the stress turned to excitement. Carol in the sales office has been an absolute dream, kept me posted every step of the way, nothing has been too much trouble, she has accommodated all of my needs with kindness and helped work around my availability with ease. I have also dealt with Marie on the odd occasion and she has also been as equally supportive. A great approachable team makes all the difference. The spacious lay out, and surroundings have also been taken into consideration on the Princes Place site, making it an ideal place to live. My completion date is on schedule, final viewing booked, I move in 4 weeks today, I can honestly say, it has all been plain sailing. Looking forward to my new chapter, my forever home! Big shout out to Carol, I don’t think I would have got this house if it wasn’t for you, forever grateful!

We have just moved into Prince's Place in Radcliffe-on-Trent. During the purchasing process, Marie and Carol of the on-site sales team rendered their enthusiastic assistance and guidance before and after the completion of our house. It has hugely eased our pressure of purchasing the first house in the UK. Also, I have to thank Phil, the Site Manager, a lot. He led his team to fix our snags, whether bigger or smaller, professionally and efficiently. We feel the whole Prince's Place team genuinely hopes house owners live happily in their new houses.Before deciding which property to purchase, we visited various sites by different developers in our areas and finally picked Prince's Place. It is because of the convenient location, beautiful scenery of Radcliffe-on-Trent, and also the sensible design of WD houses. Moreover, the house price has already included many items which might require paying extra by other developers.I have heard many unpleasant stories about buying new builds, but our house-purchasing journey is no fuss.

I have been in my William Davis house on Princes Place, Radcliffe on Trent now for 1 year!! I absolutely love it! I think the design/space and quality of materials used is perfect and fantastic value for money. From the beginning the service that I’ve had from Marie in the sales office was excellent. Her knowledge and experience really helped me. Nothing was too much trouble. Marie guided me through what was quite a daunting process from start to finish. I have had a few minor problems but everything has been dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally by Vicki and her team in customer care. All the staff that I have had contact with are knowledgeable, professional, incredibly helpful and polite. You hear some horror stories of new build houses but I can honestly say my experience with William Davis has been excellent! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to buy with them again! Thank you for my wonderful home!

Marie and Carol were very helpful from start to finish helping ensure that I managed to secure my property even when things weren't always smooth.The patience that Marie, Carol and William Davis showed throughout the process was something I hadn't experienced from previous developers.Since moving in any snagging has been addressed quicky and has never been a problem with Phil the site manager booking things in and checking to make sure things had been resolved to my satisfaction.Very happy with the house and the house buying experience with William Davis.

5 stars from me! From the day we walked into the showroom, to the complexity of buying a house over Covid. Marie and the team made buying our first home a breeze, answering all my many questions via email, guiding and advising us (incl which plot to buy, we couldn't be happier with the choice recommended). Plots are bigger than what we have experienced in other developments, not crammed in. We received an early booking incentive of soft furnishings and love our carpers, blinds & curtains, great quality. Any issues that happened, were fixed promptly professionally and with ease. Would recommend them as a new build company and for first homes. I love that we still have such a good communication with Marie, I know any issues we can go to her and she can advise and cares, makes a huge difference, she is a gem!

PRINCES GATE - THE WILLIAM DAVIS NEW BUILD HOME EXPERIENCE

My wife and I recently moved to Radcliffe on Trent from Berkshire to be near our Son.We looked at both existing and New Build housing within a 10 mile radius of the village.We eventually decided to go for a New Build house.We looked at various sites and after an exhaustive search chose a medium sized quality home builder, William Davis Homes.Following visits to the on site Sales Office we came away assured that we had chosen the right home builder.We were introduced to both Marie and subsequently Carol.Over a period of time Marie and Carol proved to be very helpful and made our job of choosing the right type of home easy and trouble free.We had a house to sell so tying up the Sale with the purchase of a New Build house was not going to be easy.It transpired they both had an excellent grasp of the housing market which helped us through the difficult task of Selling and Buying at the same time.We paid a reservation fee in order to secure our desired plot.Prior to exchange of contracts we were invited to view the build progress of our new house which was an exciting experience for us.We were very impressed by the high quality of the build. A second viewing was made prior to completion of our house Sale.On our “Move " day we were given the keys to our new home together with a folder which contained important documents relevant to the house and instruction manuals for all the appliances built into the house.Various appointments were made for demonstrations to made by electricians, plumbers, and alarm technicians.In line with all New Build properties there were snagging issues. These were dealt with very quickly.The builder provides a 2 year customer service agreement designed to resolve any future issues.All the on site managers and staff have been very helpful with any issues we have raised.My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending William Davis Homes to other prospective buyers.

Very positive experience

We have recently moved into our new home at Princes Place Radcliffe on Trent and are extremely happy. The whole process of purchasing our new home was made stress free thanks to Marie and Carol who are the onsite sales team, We mainly dealt with Marie who is a credit to the Company as she represents the company in a very professional and efficient manner whilst also being very considerate with regard to the purchasers' wishes and needs. When Marie was not on site Carol was also very helpful. As with any newbuild property there were minor issues which were speedily dealt with. Having purchased newbuild properties before we have been very impressed with the quality of the kitchen and bathroom fittings. On purchasing other newbuild properties we have had to pay for garden fencing, alarm systems etc - all standard with William Davis. Even a doorbell has been fitted, The carpets and blinds package was a very welcome bonus, we would really recommend William Davis homes.

William Davis Homes, Wellington Place Market Harborough - Outstanding build quality and customer service.As soon as we entered the house, we knew this was the house we wanted. The attention to detail was excellent, from the great room layout, to simple points like the Hive controllers, meant that we could move in, position our furniture and just relax.After our first-year anniversary we are still totally delighted with our decision to buy our home at Wellington Place. The excellent customer service continues, from our first sales contact to resolving any tiny snags right away.We have landscaped the garden, decorated some of the rooms and have never questioned our decision to buy a William Davis Home.Market Harborough itself, is a fantastic Market Town: we have enjoyed 12 of the many restaurants and visited 5 bars and cocktail houses. The Grand Union canal provides great towpath walks, into town and off to Foxton Locks. The local services are also superb, from the Leisure Centre, the Golf Course, the Medical Centre to the great choices of Supermarkets. Plus, London is less than 1 hour away by train.We would recommend William Davis Homes to all of our family and friends; we love our home.
