Highly professional. I had the tenant find only service. They quickly told me what I needed to do in order to get the property let as fast as possible. Despite telling me business was slow they had found a new tenant very quickly. They sent me copies of paperwork (inventory and contact details on contract) as soon as the tenant had moved in. I have been renting the house though the agency for over 4 years. Every problem I had has been fixed in timely manner. Some small issues with inventory check and state of carpets, but after I contacted them about it they amended it. After I moved out I had to remind them about it as they wanted to charge me for professional cleaning. Other than that, no issues.
