GoogleThis is the second time we are renting a property through Belvoir Lettings Rugby and we are more than pleased with the service we received. All of the girls (Wendy, Karen and Ruby) are absolutely fantastic! Everything went great each time, the checks were done very quick, and we managed to move in within few days.
They are also very responsive, every time we have had an issue (plumbing, gutters, summer house roof etc) it was solved in a reasonable amount of time.

GoogleWe have just the one property which we let out using Belvoir to handle any and all issues. They have now dealt with us for quite some years and have always proved most reliable. In earlier years, we were able to deal with some issues ourselves but this is no longer possible due to both time and distance. Their excellent service means our lack of involvement hasn't been a problem and often, their speed of response and access to responsible and reliable contractors has proved an advantage.
Invoicing, collection of fees and payments to ourselves has worked really well, as has selection and approval of new tenants, as and when change almost inevitably occurs. In our very early years, we did have a couple of disastrous tenants but, with Belvoir, their regular property inspections and the resultant excellent reports and informative photos plus ensuring that all necessary servicing, legally required periodic checks etc are and have been carried out has meant any issues which have arisen have been dealt with as efficiently as possible, so as to minimise disruption to our tenants.
Nothing is 'cheap' these days and ensuring that any necessary repairs and maintenance are done well, saves in the long run.
We greatly values the service provided for us by Belvoir and all it's excellent staff

GoogleI requested a viewing for this property. I answered all the important questions and I am fine, no troubles, more than enough earning than that property request.
They told me before viewing face to face, that I must see a youtube video(old, who not reflect the property at this moment). I watched the video and I said yes, I want to view it. And they sent to me the application form for this property , asking me to pay the holding fee and so on. There is no option to view a property before paying. You must rent it straight away(of course you can be rejected by Landlord even if you pay) Does not matter if when you will see it face to face you not like it, no, you already paid for it and if you are accepted, you must rent it or lose the deposit. Even if you manage somehow to get your deposit back, is just a time wasted and money holded by them for a while for no reason. Maybe you not even want the house. Majority of the properties are not like in photo video (from few years ago) and probability is 50/50 a tenant to say yes after face to face viewing. Do not pay for a property what you never have seen and you not sure if is the place you wanted.

I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our services but I would just like to re-confirm the following as I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
As per our response sent to you directly (on email), we will never request payment until you have viewed the property in person and decided that you actually want to proceed. This is clearly stated on the email and has been reiterated to you.
Our process is that we ask all interested parties to complete application forms. We then put the details of all interested parties forward to the Landlord so that they can chose the party they provisionally want to progress with. We then book that person in to view the property. Should they like the property, we then request payment of the holding deposit. No money is paid until after a viewing.
The reason we operate this way is to avoid block viewings in which there are numerous back-to-back viewings, as this can lead to people travelling to a viewing only to be told that the person who viewed five minutes prior has already applied. We don’t think this is fair on our viewers. We know how fast the market is moving at the moment and we know how stressful it can be for renters during their property search. As such, we’re doing our best to make the application and viewing process as fair as possible. By operating this way it eliminates the competition at the point of viewing, as typically we will only book one party in to view a property and they will have first refusal.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. If you would like to continue with the application process on any of our properties, then please do complete the forms as sent and we will put your details forward to the landlord.

I have been engaged as a tenant with this agency for my Rugby house for the last 5 months and they have been amazing all the while. Starting with contracting, explanation and receiving key(gave a startup goodie kit, simple and never expected from an agency). I have had some bad experiences prior of other estate agents before with no to little responses to queries raised, and for issues in the rented house. But this agency have been amazing and response is so quick and easy. The respect they tend to exhibit to their customers shows this agency employs some brilliant minds, professionals and are trained so well that it exhibits elegance and best service .. they do courtesy calls to check on any issues in the flat and tend to attend immediately, which we don’t expect from agents in UK(did I go over board, as I only lived in Solihull 😀 and it is bad, but have feedbacks from my friends 😊 across ). After contacting Belvoir on a Monday we arranged to meet at our new buy to let property on the Friday afternoon. Wendy was extremely helpful and by Monday she had arranged visits from the cleaners, gas engineer, handy man and decorator to get the property fit for purpose and ready to let.
Fast forward a week and Wendy had also found a tenant before the work was completed. Within two weeks of meeting the team at Belvoir the tenant was in, references complete, contracts signed and all required maintenance work done. Excellent proficiency and professionalism.
