Belvoir Rugby made our renting experience completely stress free. They were always professional, efficient, clear and friendly. Our application was processed rapidly and throughout our tenancy minor issues that arose at the house were sorted out quickly and without fuss. I am currently looking for a home to live. I recently split from my ex who left my with financial difficulties after refusing to pay for any finance we took out together. This left me with a CCJ which was out of my control. Belvoir have no empathy for people who are in bad financial situations due to the actions of others and refused to offer me any support in finding home even with a gaurentor and a landlord reference. Most people in this country are heading towards financial struggles and I dont think its fair to be judged purely based on the past and not what you can offer now. Its discrimination. Also now things have improved i have a combined of £48,000 of a job and my own business... yet all these saw was my history. I'm disgusted by this. Pure Discrimination.

A lady driving a car covered in this firm's livary just tred to run me over. Apparently unconcerned with trivial things like rear view mirrors, she just blindly threw her car into reverse and it was only my quick reactions that saved me being run over or cushed into the car behind. This happened on Houston Road in Rugby at around 1pm today. The person involved should never be allowed in the driving seat of a car ever again as they represent an enormous danger to the public and to other road users.
