Excellent customer service and pro-activity. After contacting Belvoir on a Monday we arranged to meet at our new buy to let property on the Friday afternoon. Wendy was extremely helpful and by Monday she had arranged visits from the cleaners, gas engineer, handy man and decorator to get the property fit for purpose and ready to let. Fast forward a week and Wendy had also found a tenant before the work was completed. Within two weeks of meeting the team at Belvoir the tenant was in, references complete, contracts signed and all required maintenance work done. Excellent proficiency and professionalism. Great job, thank you for all you support.

I phoned Wendy on the Monday morning to inform her of our intention to move home and let the current property out. We provisionally booked a date for Belvoir to come round and view, taking some photos to put on the market. Two days later, on the Wednesday before the formal photos, Wendy phoned to say she has some potential tenants. By the Tuesday of the following week the tenants had viewed and confirmed they liked the property and have now moved in and are very happy. I have dealt with a number of agents in the past but the team at Belvoir, especially Wendy and Zana are by far the most professional and helpful I have ever met. I'm a relatively new Landlord and its scary renting out your property, but as soon as I spoke to Belvoir I knew my place was in good hands. I didnt just pick Belvoir out of a hat, I spoke to other estate agents and did my research. Other Estate Agents were more expensive and just didnt fill me with any confidence, it was like you was just another customer and they didn't really care. Wendy came and viewed my place very quickly and promptly, she explained everything I needed to know in a manner that was professional but easy to understand. I got the impression she genuinely wanted to help me. She emailed me all the details straight away as promised and anytime I have emailed the team, someone has always gotten back to me very quickly with a response. I'm extremely happy with their service and highly recommend using them, especially if you are new to being a landlord like myself. Great service ladies! :)

Belvoir Rugby have been managing agents for our rental property for over five years. From the outset we have found Wendy, Rosie and the team extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The level of customer service is outstanding. We have recently had a new heating system installed in our rental property. As we live some distance away, we left the sourcing of:- tradesmen, heating engineer, electrician and decorator etc to Wendy. I can honestly say, I was mightily impressed with the way she took on the challenge, arranging for us to receive quotes, liaising with contractors and coordinating the project. Once the work was completed, new tenants moved in within days. As managing agents, they keep our property well maintained, providing us with regular updates as well as arranging for any day to day repairs and maintenance to be carried out, nothing is to much trouble. Choosing Belvoir Rugby to let out our property all those years ago was one of the best decisions we ever made!!

Of my two renting experience .... this has been the best. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that you have direct contact with your landlord so issues don’t take long to be addressed. What I appreciate the most, is the fact that they allow you to live. Unlike previous experience doing monthly checks that didn’t fit in with work schedule, makes you feel like you are monitored. I would truly truly recommend Belvior as the agents to move forward with.
