GoogleBelvoir are the only agents I would now use to rent through. I have found that estate agents tend to prioritise sales over rental tenants (yes this is their main income) and tenants issues are not responded to. Belvoir have been the only agents that have ensured safety checks have been completed, the house was clean and ready to move into, 6 monthly checks undertaken on the property and repairs fixed in a timely manner. I have found the staff both polite and helpful over the phone and face to face. An excellent agent to rent through and if I had property to rent out I would not hesitate to hand over the keys for them to manage. Belvoir look after tenants and landlords alike giving them both a good service

I have been extremely satisfied with the service they have provided during this time, Every time i have had a query it has been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and i have had a lot of dealings with Wendy ans have found her to be very good at what she does. If ever i had to move i would hope i could still with Belvoir as a letting agency.

From the very first contact through to moving in and beyond the Belvoir Rugby team have excelled. they have been so accommodating and supportive - in a not so easy letting! Even when we moved in and had some small issues they were addressed within hours and the team seem to only know how to smile and make it work. We would recommend Belvoir Rugby to anybody looking to find a property without a drama, and where the whole team have a great sense of humour and caring.

I was recommend to Belvior by a friend who praised them highly. The service I received was very professional with personal care during the whole procedure. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy, she answered her emails very promptly and gave advise and direction to all our queries. Within hours of advertising Wendy had potential interest, she help select the right family and carried out all the reference and checks without delay. She explained procedures and costs involved. We now have a contract with a tenant. I did find the management fee higher than other agents, but I guess you pay for the service.

Despite some issues with the house due to the previous tenants, Belvoir worked hard to sort out the problems and kept me updated. I have been really pleased with their support to me as a tenant and to ensure I had a positive experience, so unusual as many letting agencies feel like they exist just to serve the landlords.

I have three properties in Long Lawford (near Rugby), all with Belvoir since I acquired them. I deal mainly with Wendy and Rosie, but all of the Rugby Belvoir Team have looked after my property with great professionalism and always have the best interests of the landlord and tenant at heart. I've found Belvoir proactive when dealing with faults and damage within the property. They suggest clearly and early where small improvements would improve the quality and lett'ability of the property, stopping larger problems from emerging, and making it a better living experience for my tenants. I have peace of mind in trusting my properties to Belvoir Rugby. Highly recommended.

Can I just thank you so much for being excellent agents over the past five years. Both myself and Superb service and professionalism from Belvoir Lettings. Reliable, friendly, curteous but most of all effective. We have rented for many years in numerous countries including Ireland, UK, Australia and USA and have experienced both poor and excellent agents.
