Nothing but good things to say about BELVOIR RUGBY ... they have been absolutely brilliant both for the Landlord and the Tenants. First class service, even on a Friday evening when everyone has gone home. They are there to support you every step of the way .. whether its advice on what you should have in the property, legal guidance to ensure all regulations are met, or specialise workmen for any jobs that need doing. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND.

look i like this place, but i think they are very stereotypical , just because you have 2 guys in a flat does not mean it has to be a dump. or it does not mean that you have to not act professional in emails , ive been with them in more than 1 property but in this one i am not the longest with 5 years nearly, and as soon as i split with my Mrs and asked my friend to move in the tone of emails and the general atmosphere changed(eg , instead of starting a email professional but just saying Morning Lads) , Do not trust the builder they use even tho hes a good guy, once he has finished doing a job make sure he leaves it clean or in the same condition as he came not sawdust all over the house or furniture moved and not moved back like it was with me. like i say as a company they are great and will love to rent from them or if i am lucky enough to let them rent a flat out for me, but they need to keep it professional in my eyes and not drop the general high standards they have.

I have been a landlord with Belvoir for more than 12 years. I have previously used 2 letting agents in London ,so I can make a comparison. Belvoir are friendly and always return my calls and emails quickly. They are there to help and offer advice as experienced professionals,keeping abreast with all government initiatives. They have a staff of excellent reasonably priced tradespeople who prefer to work only for them but will always obtain quotes from others.They never miss an inspection, and produce a detailed report with pictures. I recently sold a property and Belvoir helped with things beyond their remit, working with the estate agent to arrange viewings, the survey and last minute work which needed to be finished. I have been a tenant with belvoir over 2 properties and all that time I have found wendy and her team to be professional and helpful with any problems that may occur and will go out of their way to to sort out any problems as i found out one Sunday when I had gone out and lost my spare key so I was locked out but wendy came out and got the keys from the office to let me in I was so grateful to wendy and her staff for helping me that day so I can whole heartidly recommend belvoir to anyone looking to rent from them

Currently renting a 2 bedroom flat with Belvoir Rugby with my husband, must say that the service has been great since the beginning. Viewing and proceeding to tenancy agreement was easy and quick, the flat was ready and very clean when we moved in, all the paperworks were prepared. The service during renting is satisfactory so far, I reported a leak in one of our toilet and a contractor was sent right away to have a look and fixed it, then another time the washing machine was acting weird, they immediately responded and sent a contractor fairly quick as well, and end up getting a new washing machine fitted about 1 week after (yay to our landlord too). So have nothing to complain so far. Please keep up the good service!
