GoogleI used Arden to sell my property, they were very quick to come over, photograph and get the listing live, I then received an offer within a couple of days at the price I wanted. I was kept informed along the way and no hidden charges which I've experienced with other agents. Great experience overall.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Arden Estate Rubery who offered a fantastic service and overall experience. Romily, Sharon and Georgie at the Rubery branch were always on hand with advice and support throughout the sales process from appointments to viewings and all the feedback. Amy in the Redditch branch also never seemed phased by our questions and phone calls and knew everything about the whole chain every minute, nothing was missed. - always replied to emails and phone calls. - extremely knowledgable and experienced - very patient and supportive - reduced the stress levels significantly We cannot stress how much we appreciate the time and effort Arden made on our behalf and would highly recommend them to anyone buying, selling or both.

GoogleExcellent service all around from the whole team at Arden Estates. We bought a house from Arden's in April with a four-month turnaround. Every member of staff was very friendly, knowledgable and patient with us, despite us calling probably every single week. We were very impressed with their professionalism, and that they actually supported us in getting the house despite another buyer (investor) being able to offer the same offer in full cash. As first-time buyers, we were very nervous going into the process however, Arden Estates made the whole thing much less nerve-wracking than my wife and I expected. I couldn't possibly recommend them more.

Arden's mortgage advisor Rebecca worked extremely hard to secure my mortgage and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. I would be happy to recommend Rebecca and this estate agent.
