Its been a while we made a purchase through arden estate. Romily and the team especially Ammy woollasten were brilliant from start to finish. Ammy was great at coordinating everything from with sale agreement till handing over the key. What i remember is the way she deal with the situation where she managed to get the completion day extended for a month from the sellers side due to a challenging situation faced by us during the process . And i would like to recommend and thank Romilly and Ammy again for a brilliant house. We have had a whirlwind of a week, which has been amazing thanks to the Arden Team. Pete was quick to attend and value our house, he immediately planned the photos and videos for the next day! Pete is so kind and helpful, he even helped with queries we have had on other properties and we felt like we could ask him anything and he was always honest. The next day we also met Libby who was friendly, polite and reassuring. Throughout this process, nothing had been too much and Libby, Gracie and Romily have always kept us in the loop whilst being time efficient. By Saturday we were on the market (thanks to Libby) - with viewing requests within 2 hours. We had 6 viewings in 5 days all led by Rob. Rob was chatty, friendly and welcoming. This led to 5 offers!! Today, with the advice, insight and support from the Arden Team we have accepted an offer and feel confident they will continue to support us through the next steps in finding a property and processing!

I used Arden recently to sell my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I tried to sell my house last year with another estate agent but had a terrible time (making house spotless for 1 viewing only to find was no show after, selling and losing buyer etc.. ) that I took the house off the market and took a break. However this year I decided to put my house back on the market and chose Arden because when I had viewed properties with them I found they answered questions before I asked them or knew the answer and if they didn't they found out and called me back. When Peter Gilbert came to value my house he was lovely, it was like he knew how much my house meant to me and made me feel very relaxed and not under any pressure. He promised a quick sale and was so true to his word - he told my house in two weeks which was way quicker than I expected. After I accepted the offer I was passed on to Amy Woolaston who was brilliant. I had trouble with house I was buying and so thing took longer than expected and I worried I would lose my buyer again but Amy kept myself and my buyers informed of what was going on at every stage and checked in with us regularly. I can't thank Arden and the team enough for everything they did and the support we received. Would highly recommend.

These guys are amazing, the whole team have been spot on through the whole process and looked after me. On a personal level they make you feel at ease and are all a bunch a lovely people who want the best for you. They have been at hand all the way through the process and worked so hard to get me what I need to sell my house. A massive shout out to Romily for being on the other end of the phone when I need her, Pete for showing people around working hard to get us offers and always contactable when I needed him ( also cat sitting for me letting the cat out, i think the cat will miss you haha) and also to the rest of the team sharon, gracie and amy ensuring the process is smooth The photos that were taken were also spot on and great quality which I noticed alot of estate agents lack, however, these are so important. Sharon at the Rubery office was great when we were going theough the offer process. Once we had an offer accepted Lara was so helpful in getting us to completion. From offer acceptance to completion it took about 7 weeks. We used Arden Estate to purchase our first property, and unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. During the initial viewing, the agent lacked basic knowledge about the property and was unable to answer several of our questions. Throughout the purchasing process, we felt rushed, as they repeatedly pressured us, even threatening that the seller would relist the property if we didn’t act quickly. While waiting for a survey to be completed, they questioned why we felt the need for one, which added unnecessary stress. The most disappointing part of our experience came when we collected the keys after completion. The agent handed them to us while on the phone, treating what should have been a special moment as an inconvenience. Overall, we were left feeling more like an interruption to their day than valued clients. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this agency to anyone.

The Team at Arden have been wonderful through the entire process. It wasn't the quickest transaction for various reasons (no fault or Arden's) but they have been very patient and accommodating. After dealing with various agents in the past, Arden by far went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through as stress free as possible. Within 3 days of valuation, the property had been photographed, was live and viewings booked in for the weekend; the property sold that block, and all offers were communicated within the same day. The property was SSTC within 5 days and solicitors instructed ready to get the sale rolling. A special mention to Georgie, who kept me updated weekly, and any obstacles that came in the way were communicated quickly and delivered with care. If you are like me and wary of trusting online reviews I can reassure you that our experience when we sold our house with Arden in Rubery proved that the five star reviews are actually justified. Romilly, Sharon, Jason and Lara at the Rubery branch were excellent from start to finish. Romilly was an excellent saleswoman and gave me confidence in choosing them initially. Very good professional photos were included in the price which was a fixed fee and Sharon and Jasod were pleasant and helpful, always keeping us informed. Having sold and bought houses three times in the last decade, I was particularly impressed with the value for money and also the service provided after a sale was agreed. By way of contrast, I asked the agents of the property we were buying to liaise with the solicitors and vendor but was told that they simply did not have time, with the market being so busy (this was the height of the stamp duty holiday rush). By contrast, Arden had a member of staff whose role it is to make sure the sale progresses and comes to a successful completion - well done Lara, you did a great job. People sometimes think they are giving agents a great deal of money just to take a few photos and stick them on Rightmove. However, a good agent does so much behind the scenes, not only liaising with solicitors and keeping communication flowing, but also, vitally, maintaining the confidence and trust of both vendor and buyer, which ensures that the sale is completed. I can honestly say that Arden provide a service which is a cut above other agents and helped me cope with the stress of selling my house.
