Arden were great agents from a buyers perspective, we viewed quite alot of properties with them and got to know Belinda very well, she was fantastic on viewings. Organising viewings was always easy and requests were followed up very quickly which was needed when properties were going so fast! The team organising viewings were always friendly and helpful, Amy who was doing our sales progression was always happy to answer any questions. Great agents to work with.

As first time buyers so we really did not know what to expect but Arden helped us from the start till we got our keys. Viewing of the property was really easy to arrange and Leighanne was very helpful and knew a lot about the house and the neighbourhood (definitely way more than some other agents that we met). Arden was very helpful in the next stages as well. We had no issues getting a second viewing or negotiating the offer. Communication was always great. We also appreciated the help we got in the later stages. We came across issues whilst dealing with our solicitors but Clair did a great job at chasing them up and making sure that everything is going well and within the time frame we needed. Considering that a lot of the issues were not in her control she has gone above and beyond and kept us updated throughout it all. Buying a house can be stressful but we can say with confidence that Arden has provided us with a great support and we were very happy with the service that we recieved.

The team at Arden Rubery are second to none. Our chain was a particularly challenging one and they worked relentlessly to ensure we all made it to completion successfully. Romily is frankly a force to be reckoned with and went way above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions. At one stage I am sure I was ringing them every day and they never made me feel like a bother (I am sure I was). We wanted to highly recommend Arden's in Rubery and all of it's team. We had our house on the market with another estate agent for 4 weeks and hadn't received one viewing! Within a day of being on the market with Arden's we had 5 viewings booked, which resulted in an offer for the full asking price. We have been extremely impressed for many reasons. Initial phonecalls that I made to the branch to enquire were extremely helpful, Romily arranged our photographer and meeting at our house whilst she was annual leave! Outstanding service! Excellent service from the whole team at Ardens. From firstly meeting Romily, who came out to the home to view it and price it, to Jason, Georgie who came out and sorted the paperwork, and Lara and Rachael for following through the whole process and keeping in regular contact, even if there is no news. Last but certainly not least, for Becky who has been absolutely amazing with our mortgage, i'm sure i bug the hell out of her, however she has been an absolute star in getting us the best possible offer, and she is very patient and attentive. The service has been amazing, and they have been on the ball throughout the process. Any queries, they are quick to answer, and they as a team have taken away a lot of the stress involved with selling a house away from us. We simply couldn't ask for more, and we would thoroughly recommend using their services. Worth every penny. Not forgetting the way they championed the house on social media, which for us was lovely to see our work in dressing the house come to life to the world. It's really the little things that make a massive difference, and we couldn't thank the team more!
