3 issues yet again that are taking this company weeks to resolve. One of them being i was shocked by a plug socket in the property which has made me quite concerned in terms of safety, its been 3 weeks now and no one has come to check the electrics just to put my mind at ease. They even said they didn't know who to send to check the issue which is appalling to hear from property management. The company is more bothered about 5 star reviews on Google and trust pilot than to actually sort out issues, they've already had to refund me nearly 1500 for leaving me without heating for a year. If I could afford to move id be out of here property but I cannot.

Joshua Davies manages my apartment ant 2 Hagley Road and honestly, l couldn’t ask for a better property management agent. I found him to be extremely polite, kind, professional and efficient in handling matters relating to my apartment and all that requires doing. Replies to any of my emails and queries in the quickest possible time, a trail fast disappearing in this day and age.
