The staff in the Roundhay office were extremely helpful in finding a new property for us. Everybody in the office is extremely kind and within a week we found a dream-house. Thank you for everything. GoogleOver the course of about a month, I had a number of occasions to contact Linley & Simpson's lettings team, and I visited a number of their properties. Although I didn't end up renting one of their properties, I was impressed with their professionalism, and the help and support I received throughout. A great team, efficient, kind and helpful.

We would definatley recommend Linley & Simpson to anyone looking to Rent, buy or sell a preoperty. GoogleI had viewing organised 2 weeks ago for 2 properties. Their contact person for viewing was ontime and was very helpful with viewing. Following viewing, our application and referencing was processed smoothly. Rik in the branch has been very helpful. We are waiting for final agreement. Ourall we are very happy with the service.

GoogleThis is the worst letting agency I have ever come across. They are unprofessional and inefficient. We have been waiting 18 days now to have our boiler replaced, with no heating or hot water. Avoid at all costs, use any other letting agent in Yorkshire, it can't get any worse than this.
