Having looked into this it would appear that you did not disclose information about yourself on your application form, which later come up on your reference check. The application form that you signed does state that the holding deposit will not be returned should you provide false or misleading information Unfortunately, based on the above, we are entitled to retain your holding deposit. GoogleHaving spent rather a long time looking for a suitable property, I was delighted when Rik at Linley & Simpson organised consecutive viewings for me so that I didn't have to take too much time out of the office. The lovely Katherine showed me around 3 properties and was more than helpful; going above and beyond by giving me a lift to my next appointment when we had finished as I was running late!

GoogleI was a tenant with Linley & Simpson for over three years and all I can say is what a great service. We had several expected issues like broken washing machines e.t.c. all of which were fixed and/or repaired in a short space of time with minimal impact on our day to day. The staff are really helpful and I would recommend this branch to anyone looking to rent a managed property in Roundhay/Leeds.

GoogleAs a landlord, I have been a customer of Linley & Simpson’s for over 4 years. I have always found their service to be courteous and professional. The most important thing for me, particularly as I live in the USA, is that the communication is concise and timely. One thing I can certainly say about L&S and Joe in particular, is that this level of communication consistently meets those requirements.

GoogleLinley and Simpson were excellent from start to finish. Nice staff showing me around the rental house and very efficient office staff. I have given them a five start rating as they acted over and above what was normally required of an agency and were very understanding when my property failed to sign and exchange on time by negotiating an extension of time with the landlord. thank you all at Linley and Simpson

GoogleMy experience was awesome. A very stand-out customer service at par with the excellent ones I have been served in Canada. From the hearty friendly laughter of Cleo to Rik's Will Smith's effect on me, they absolutely made my 6hrs London - Leeds round trip a short walk to the kitchen. Very professional, yet, close-up enough to make you feel generously at home. Keep it up.

GoogleAs a landlord I wanted it to be known how impressed we have been with Gemma Stewart over the past couple of months. She has been nothing short of brilliant in assisting with the re-decoration and juggling the numerous contractors and quotes which we have been through. Her attention to detail and flexibility was paramount in allowing us to make decisions in a timely manner.

GoogleAvoid! There are many other agents to use who are more efficient and more professional in the Roundhay area (with the exception of Rik, who was fabulous).
