GoogleWorst estate agency ever . Would give 0 stars if I could . Canceled all plans and requested day off from work, Travelled 45 minutes for a house viewing only to find nobody there as the house was already sold but the agency never bothered to let us know .so unprofessional

GoogleReally impressed with the service and attention to detail given by Martin and Co as a company and the letting agent (Rachel S.) who helped get everything set up. Answered every email within a couple of hours, returned any phone calls if she was busy/out of office and got everything set up at a time and date suited to me. Would definitely recommend!

The photos and advert of the house were above and beyond what we expected and we accepted an offer after less than two weeks on the market. Very highly recommended.

GoogleI used martin and co to sell my property in Brampton. From.the minute gary came out to value it, it was was proffesional but also friendly and listens to you. Any concerns or questions i had he answered he didnt rush and researched the area. All the office staff never make you feel uncomfortable for ringing them and will answer any questions, communication was fantastic and with in going up for sale on the first day we had 5 viewers lined up before the end of the week i had people wabtingbto book a second viewing but had to disapoint them as 1 viewer made an offer and my property sold. Through out the whole process i had calls or emails informing me of what stage the sale was at and they were chasing relevant people to make sure the sale was progressing. I would highly recommend martin and co and certainly wouldnt hesitate to use this company again if i was to sell another property. Sarah simpson
