TrustpilotReally unhappy with their service
Really unhappy with their service. Latest issue is that we wish to leave the property before the end of the contract and declared we are happy to pay the penalty fee of £450 for the landlord to find another tenant.

GoogleWhy have an answering service when they can't give any information other than call back! It says the office is open until 3pm on the website.

Saturdays are a very popular day for viewings therefore we have an answering service in which you can speak with someone to leave your details and enquiry, we can then call you back as soon as we are next available. We feel this is more personable than speaking to an answering machine.
