Paul and sue was amazing, Paul come out and valued my house was open and honest and very informative on next steps. Sue has been amazing throughout and quickly answered any questions I had got in contact with solicitors and buyers when needed. Buying and selling a house is the most stressful process you can ever go through but Paul and Sue went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Due to their great experience and professionalism I even got more for my house then expected. Thank you so much for all your help. Where can I start about the first class service this branch in Rotherham provides! I would highly recommend anybody to use Martin & Co. At the start, it was all very good. We received professional help from Lauren and she greatly helped us rent a nice home. But we didn’t know we had to have a mind like a detective to protect our deposit from false claims and untrue facts. So, if you rent, be very watchful and take photos everywhere. We checked out after a year, leaving the property clean and tidy. We washed the whole carpet and did a very thorough clean. But the landlord claimed the carpet was not hoovered and dirty. After we vacated the property, we saw on their website that they advertised the property featuring photos that look exactly like the checkout photos I took. Why do I know? Because the hoovering lines left in the carpet are exactly the same. The ad was later taken down when I wanted to find evidence to support my dispute. Also, the dispute amount went from £50 to £185, which was inconsistent and unreasonable. We should have taken photos of every single corner, door frames, sockets and all other hidden places, including the toilet hole. (There was unremovable stains at the right beginning. We tried to clean it but had to live with it. And of course, we were falsely claimed).

We had 3 other valuations which were lower than we thought the house was worth, and it was breath of fresh air to meet Paul who immediately saw the value in the house and provided a valuation more in line with our expectations Sue did a great job keeping us updated and Tracy and Kiera were both very helpful and professional, so much so, they asked to visit the house after a couple of months to get a personal view which clearly helped find a buyer. We decided to sell one of our rental properties that was managed by Martin and Co. For ease of effort we chose Martin and Co to sell the property, our Contact estate agent was a Lady called Tracey. Tracey it turns out is a bit of a star, from sorting out all necessary forms liaising with online solicitors ( never again will I use online solicitors) and various interested parties to dealing with sometimes grumpy vendors ( me and my business partner) nothing was too much trouble. By the time our property sells Tracey may well deserve a holiday and a gold star. Each contact is always pleasure even when dispensing bad news Tracey is upbeat and chipper. We all know how selling a house can be stressful and it is Tracey has managed to remove some ( not all ) of those issues and lowered the stress levels. So if you are looking for someone to sell your house rental or main residence give Tracey a call you could do a lot worse.

My house has just sold STC after being with Martin and Co for less than a month! Paul who took the photos was fantastic, I couldn't fault him, attention to detail was incredible and he shows me the photos each time to ensure I was happy. If I wanted the photo being taken slightly different we took the photo, Paul was very patient and knowledgeable. Once the house was on the market I liaised with Tracey who was fantastic once again, very quick on viewings and trying to organise them to suite my timescales and availability best, very honest and down to earth. When I received an offer Tracey was very good at liaising information and advice and I received an offer I am happy with. Couldn't fault them at all!

Brilliant service. Martin & Co managed my rental property since 2015 when I moved abroad and they were excellent, always responding promptly and taking care of issues. I decided to sell the house and as I had such a great experience with the property management department I decided to use them for the sale. Paul was great from the get go, extremely helpful and his communication first rate. It took all the worry out of sale, especially as I'm not in the UK. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
