We have recently purchased our home through Martin & Co and I have to say what a fantastic service we received from them. We run into a number of difficulties along the way (mainly caused by the council) but nothing was too much trouble in trying to sort it. Our purchase was handled by Sue who was absolutely amazing. Her friendly can do attitude certainly helped to ease some of the stress. Sue went out of her way to sort things something in such a friendly way (in fact I commented that I felt like I’ve known her all my life) Thanks Sue and the team for your hard work. Brilliant service from start to finish . Gary and Sue were very professional. Put our house up for sale just before lockdown, when lockdown was lifted we had 6 viewings on the Saturday. 4 offers came in on the Monday and our house was sold that same day . Understandingly it wasn’t the best time to put our house up for sale due to unfortunate circumstances COVID 19. It only took 2 days to sell thanks to the excellent work at Martin & Co. Gary and Georgina were really helpful and knowledgeable in selling my property. For nearly a year I was trying to sell my property through another Estate Agent in Rotherham. I had ab awful experience as I didn't know anything and they were ignoring my request to put additional information about the property in the marketing. Abd when they found out that I assigned Martin & Co I was harassed by my previous EA, called 'naive' and not very clever. Then they threatened me that I might have to pay additional commission to them if my house is sold... Gary saw me initially. He was honest and knew the local market very well. Gary gave a realistic price range and expressed gratitude if I were going to choose their small agency. Georgina was the one who found the buyer and kept me updated with all the bookings, viewers' comments and later with progress of the sale. She did pushed buyer's solicitor when she started delaying the process. I knew exactly what was happening all the time. Martin & Co Rotherham did find the buyer very quickly (2 weeks). Their fees are on the lower side in comparison with other EAs in the area. They don't give you unrealistic quotes. They keep you informed about every viewing or communication from a buyer and their solicitor. Very supportive and hard working team. I am really happy with their service and highly recommend them!

Martin & Co excellent service from start to finish at the Rotherham branch. I had initial dealings with 3 estate agents and these were the best. With 3D floor plans and excellent advertising as well as professional photograpy they set themselves apart. Friendly and approachable and extremely knowledgeable of the market. They simplified everything. Gary and Georgina at Martin & Co were extremely helpful from start to finish and helped me deal with extremely tedious buyer enquiries and unreasonable requests regards completion dates. The sales progression was impeccable from start to finish. If I had opted for Purple Bricks the online agent the house would have never sold. They managed to get me a great price selling my two up two down. If I need to buy or sell again I will be coming back to Martin & Co. Can’t speak highly enough of Martin & Co and Gary and Georgina in particular. I can only describe Georgina is basically the Albus Dumbledore of property sales, a wizened old wizard who works sheer magic that meer muggles cannot imagine. Gary backs up like Harry Potter chucking out incantations and unbreakable sales spells like he’s fighting Voldemort in book seven. They make all the problems disappear like they’ve chucked an invisibility cloak on them. Better service than a room full of House Elves at a Horgwarts dinner party. 13/10. Highly recommend.

At the initial stage of the sale Gary Moss provided excellent advice in what to do to enhance and maintain the sale value of the house, we achieved our target price in a matter of weeks. The team at Martins kept us fully informed of all developments through telephone calls and regular email updates. All viewings were confirmed by email with relevant times and names and they were always available to answer our queries.
