FacebookI have used Martin & Co for a few years now and they have always been very good. Lately I needed a new tenant and the service I received from Lauren was outstanding. My property was on the market almost immediately after I handed them the keys and a new tenant was found within days. Lauren made the process so easy and stress free. Thanks again Lauren!

GoogleSue you are amazing! Loved this house wanted to make sure it was ours and was told the figure on the day which would take it off the market can’t be any more straightforward then that! Was even allowed back to the property after to do some measurements. Today we picked up our keys and was lovely to see Sue so happy for us very special house and a very special team sold us it!!

GoogleRight from our first contact with the office we were very happy with the professionalism of the staff at Martin & Co. Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

Sue, Paul, Tracey, Ciara and the rest of the team stepped in and did business sorted an offer out in no time and…….. more importantly managed that through to completion in just 10 weeks! GoogleMartin & Co, Amazing…fabulous…so glad we came to you!! Definitely recommend for anyone selling a house! They are absolutely fantastic, and make you feel like a friend who they are supporting through the process. Buying a flat they are selling for my elderly mum and so needed to put hers up for sale. Organised 3 local estate agents to come out, as is recommended, and Sue in office put me at ease straight away, especially as not done this for 26 years. About a fortnight ago, Paul came to the property and from the start mum and I were relaxed. He was so lovely, and explained everything about the process in a no pressure, supportive and informative way, even though there was no guarantee we would select him. We knew straight away that we would be happy working with him and Sue. The house went up for sale 10 days ago. We had 10 viewings last weekend, shown around by Paul, numerous offers in on the Monday, and now we have a prospective sale. Sue and Paul, have supported us at every step and are so easy and amazing to work with, keeping us updated with everything, and nothing is ever any trouble to them, even working on their day off to help us get it on the market. Absolute best decision to sell our house, and buy a house with them too. Under Martin & Co we know we are in the best pairs of hands, and would highly recommend to anyone, selling/buying a property, to give them a call.😊

GoogleI used Martin and Co. to sell our house recently. Paul visited our house and explained the process and provided a selling pack to help with the process. Not long after listing with Martin and Co. we had an offer that we accepted. The eventual sale took a while as other partcipants in the chnain fell through but we got there in the end. The staff at the Rotherham branch were always professional, helpful and friendly. Mention to Paul and Sue in helping the tranaction through to completion.

GoogleJust sold my home with Martin & Co and having been in my home for 25 years I was very apprehensive. Paul who initially came out to discuss the sale was extremely helpful and understanding. Sue then took over the smooth running of the sale process and liaised with the buyers and the solicitors.
