I have been looking for a long while now and the excitement had left me after experiencing one disappointment after another and then I met the lovely Tracey. Tracey instantly made a great impression and showed her professionalism by qualifying my wants, needs, and desires on a property. In what felt like seconds Tracey had found me the perfect first home for me and my Daughter. Tracey is a genuine and personable individual who I couldn’t recommend enough. Just want to view a house being sold by them and can't get past the suffocating AI harvesting all my information. Emails and texts with constant requests to value our house... Wasted an hour of my life. What a headache, could've been a 5 minute conversation with a human! I'm on the cusp of parting with 250k and I can't even talk to a human to book a viewing. So glad I'm not selling my house with Martin and Co. STOP USING AI BOTS TO DO YOUR WORK

Have nothing but positivity for the people at Martin and Co in Rotherham. Dealt with Paul initially who came to value our property and I took to the guy instantly. Nice manner, professional but not pushy. Martin & Co are amazing! It's my first time selling a house so everything was new to me. We have reserved a new build property and were advised to get 2 or 3 valuations and then decide which estate agent to go with to sell mine. I looked for a few local ones and rang others but Martin & Co were the first who even bothered to answer the phone. Sue was absolutely lovely and I got a good vibe off her straight away. I rang on the Monday and she booked me in for my valuation with Paul on the Tuesday. As soon as I opened the door to Paul the good vibes continued and I absolutely loved him! He is so nice and friendly and explained everything very simply and clearly, there was no jargon that I didn't understand. I knew he was the perfect man for the job so I didn't need to see anyone else! He came back a few days later at a convenient time for me to fit around my job, and took excellent pictures of my home and was very thorough, making sure I was happy with everything. He even said he'd popped by in the morning whilst I was at work, to take the outside shots whilst the sky was blue and the sun was shining to get the best exterior shots, as it was due to be bad weather from the time of our photo appointment. This was definitely a good idea as the weather was awful when he arrived later on, and the exterior shots wouldn't have looked half as good if he did them in bad weather. He definitely wanted to get the best out of the photos and he delivered! They looked fantastic and I was really happy with my listing. It was online a couple of days later and that same day I already had 2 viewings for the following day on the Friday, and then 2 more came through for the weekend. They contacted me on the Saturday morning to say I had already received an offer. At the beginning of the week they rang with feedback from all the viewings and booked in 2 more for the Friday. Both of which made offers! I have accepted one of them and could not be happier with my buyers they are just perfect, and will definitely make this next few months easy. As Martin & Co have from the start. All in all I have received amazing service and everyone there is lovely and really good at their jobs. But a special shout out to Sue, and especially Paul who has just been fantastic! I 100% recommend Martin & Co and would definitely used them again they are fab. Those good vibes from the start were spot on!

Sue and the team at Martin & Co Rotherham have been great with myself and my partner when purchasing our forever home. From the day of submitting our offer in August, they have been hands on to answer any questions we’ve had about the house throughout the process and were great in helping us communicate with the seller to ensure our sale went through smoothly and quickly.
