After accidentally finding our next house, we needed to move at pace to secure our future home, so we instructed Martin & Co Rotherham to make it happen. In a world where we have all reduced our expectations towards the service many industries deliver, Martin & Co have reset our compass. These guys work with you and for you to ensure everything goes to plan, exceeding our expectations in every aspect. The whole Team at Rotherham are experts who go the extra mile and genuinely project a warm and friendly professional relationship. To be honest we were sceptical that no estate agent could deliver on our time scale and price expectations in the current housing climate. How wrong I was, Paul valued the house on Day 1, we discussed the market and agreed the sale price and tactics. Day 2 completed the photo-shoot, brochures and online ad. Day 3 went to the Market. Day 4 five viewings arranged by the office team of pre-vetted prospective buyers in a strong position to fit my schedule and deliver on price. Day 5 Sold Subject to Contract. GoogleWorst estate agency ever . Would give 0 stars if I could . Canceled all plans and requested day off from work, Travelled 45 minutes for a house viewing only to find nobody there as the house was already sold but the agency never bothered to let us know .so unprofessional

Answered every email within a couple of hours, returned any phone calls if she was busy/out of office and got everything set up at a time and date suited to me. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleFantastic service from Georgina! I both sold my house and bought my new one with them. We came across a few stumbling blocks along the way, but I can’t fault the way everything was dealt with.
