Choosing Martin & co was easy for us. They talked us thru the entire process of selling our house with them and gave us several options to choose from . There customer service was fantastic and were Very easy to contact them with any questions we had and were always on the ball. Mr Gary moss was excellent with us. He arranged all the viewings that were needed had some amazing pictures taken for there advertising of our house and they looked superb. Within 6 months our house was sold for the price we wanted. He suggested going to auction. And this was really the best option for us. Any questions we had he was sure to get back to us the same day. There commission is really quite minimal compared to other agents. If ever I need assistance in the future I would be sure to choose these guys and would highly recommend to friends and family. Martin & Co, Rotherham branch I would certainly recommend this company, we bought a house that they were advertising for sale recently . From the first viewing that we arranged through them right up to receiving the keys to the property we were always impressed with their services they provided. The staff are all very friendly both in person and by telephone. They kept us well informed throughout the purchase. I would certainly recommend their services .

As first time buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better, more friendly group to deal with. They told us about a programme they are running to help first time buyers like ourselves get a first look in and get on the property ladder. They actually seemed to care about helping us find a home, were always available to answer any of our questions.

Just got to say thank you very much to rachel schofield at martin and co for helping us get to rent 'the perfect home' for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and if we needed to get in touch and she wasn't in the office she would always ring back asap. A really lovely lady and a credit to martin and co 5 stars just isn't enough for such a friendly efficient service.

I have used Martin and Co in rotherham a few times now both to buy properties and finding me tenants for the properties I rent out each time Lauren who dealt with it has been very pro-active and found me a new tenant very quickly also the tenants have always turned out to be very good ones I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.

Fantastic service from Johanna and Lauren, prompt in responding to emails, Johanna mainly dealt with my move and was patient in answering questions and sending information, cannot fault the service at all.
