was viewing a home with Darren and discussing the work reqd inside the home. he didnt like this and said DONT BUY A HOUSE, RENT THEN. which i thought was very rude. no need to be like that and cause upset. also had a conversation with Darren about buying the house and price etc. he refused to engage in any conversation at all, simply kept responding with ARE YOU GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE?ARE YOU GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE?ARE YOU GOING TO BUY THIS HOUSE? not a positive experience at all with him as the contact. very blunt, rude and an unpleasant experience. added a photo to show this review in reply to the company response to this. darren sent me an email the next day when he read my review!

I can’t recommend Abbott and Abbott highly enough for a smooth and professional service when it came to purchasing my house. Darren in particular was exceptionally accommodating for appointments, viewings and facilitating a number of visits to the house in order to allow contractors in prior to exchange. I offered and completed within five weeks and couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Darren and consequently once I have developed this property I will be placing it back on the market and Abbott and Abbott will most definitely be my preferred agent of choice to list it with.

We viewed several properties through Abbott & Abbott. All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. We eventually found a suitable property and had an offer accepted on a flat in Bexhill. Throughout the process, Mark has provide us with considerable help and advice. He obviously knows the area very well. The process has been complicated and protracted, but Mark has dealt with us in a professional but friendly manner. He is never too busy to help and has a good sense of humour. If only all estate agents were like this.

Michael, Mark, Darren and Keren are all absolutely lovely to deal with, this is probably the best Estate Agency that I've ever dealt with and I've bought and sold a lot of property in my time. They are patient and understanding and communicative and helpful and most of all are totally honest with you throughout the entire sales process, I simply cannot recommend them enough. If I lived full time in Bexhill-On-Sea I would ask them for a job!! Lovely company full of lovely people, don't buy or sell through anyone else in the area!!!
