Feeling very lucky that the property we wanted to buy happened to be marketed through Abbott and Abbott. From the very first contact with Mark I just knew he'd make the whole process as painless as possible. It had been a long time since we last bought property and we weren't local to the area. He answered every single question we had with patience, was always quick to communicate, has incredible knowledge and never made us feel silly for asking. His suggestions were always spot on and we felt he always had our best interests at heart even though we recognised he was working on behalf of the sellers as well of course. It really was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mark and I cannot recommend Abbott and Abbott highly enough, all the other positive reviews are absolutely true and if you're looking for an estate agent in the town you needn't search any further. I cannot begin to exalt the service we received from Abbott and Abbott estate agency, and in particular Michaela Pearson. When purchasing a new home the stress and hassle can be overwhelming but we managed to do this with as little difficulty as possible, exchanging and completing in only 7 weeks after our offer was accepted. All through the process Michaela kept us updated and informed, nothing was too much. Emails were responded to within the hour and enquiries were dealt with efficiently and on time. Having dealt with a number of other estate agents previously, this experience was a breath of fresh air, and we consider ourselves fortunate the property we chose was being sold with Abbott and Abbott.

But Mark and Darren provided encouragement from putting the house on the market to completion, keeping me informed about every development. I can highly recommend Abbott&Abbott.
