Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating, although we are both disappointed and perplexed as to why you have left a single star? You expressed an interest in one of our rental properties, we explained the process in applying for the property and sent the necessary forms to you on the same day for completion. We heard nothing further from you, then saw your rating with no explanation. If there was a problem or issue, we would have been only too pleased to hear from you to lend you any assistance. As it stands, we hope you have now been successful in finding a suitable property.
